About Process
Meeting with technology managers to determine application requirements
Upgrading existing applications
Analyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks
Developing technical specifications
Writing scalable code for software applications
Reviewing and debugging applications
Providing support for junior developers
Deploying functional websites, programs, and applications
Drafting software and application operating procedures
Training junior staff
Provide direction, mentoring, and support to development team
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Assist with management and execution of quality assurance
Monitor and report on progress of projects/tasks to manager(s)
Present status reports defining task(s) progress, issues, risks and solutions
Document and obtain the necessary approval for all changes in the project. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Assist with production support and incident management, including on call support, issue tracking, incident resolution and documentation
Provide staff reviews and performance evaluations
Partner with various other IT departments to know, understand and continue improvements in infrastructure and integrations to and from supported systems
Partner with Business Analyst group to ensure teams use of defined end to end processes and continuous improvements to those processes across all resources
Partner with Compliance and Security teams to meet compliance and security requirements for programs supported

Requirement
Good Communication Skills (8/10)
5+ years progressive experience within an IT development organization(s). Should have experience in Angular
Previous management or supervisory experience
At least three years experience with a 24x7 development/support organization desired
Proficient with .NET languages including C#, Visual Basic.NET, Node.JS and .Net Core
Proficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and Angular
Proficient with middleware tools like Web-Services, WCF Service, REST API, Web Api
Proficient with databases like Oracle and MS-SQL
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Prioritization of workload
High level managerial skills
Ability to interact with wide variety of users and customers
Ability to deliver quality software in a timely manner with multiple tasks/projects in progress
Ability to continuously improve processes for repeatable efficiencies and auditability for compliant programs
Great collaborator with both technical and non-technical staff
Quality focused
Some travel may be required (infrequent). International travel possible
Education
BS in Computer Science or Information Management Systems preferred
