JOB DESCRIPTION The incumbent will be responsible for playing the role of a Recruitment Executive and will be responsible for entire gamut of Recruitment IT & Non IT activities. Your KRA will include: Meets aggressive hiring goals in a metrics driven organization as per defined SLA. Utilizes creative, passive sourcing techniques (cold calling, networking) to recruit high-demand candidates with specialized technology skills. Manages end to end recruitment program. Administers new hire on-boarding process. Networks and participates in external industry events to enhance marketplace visibility. Updates job postings & produces detailed recruitment reporting. MIS and updating recruitment related reports. Relationship management with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
