Senior Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore - Harman @ Harman Connected

What You Will Do

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for cloud-based network security and connectivity components such as IDPS, content inspection, and authentication/authorization systems for Zero Trust Network Access

• Integrate/interface with opensource/3rd party partner components to build end-to-end solutions

• Work closely with embedded and ML teams to provide requirements and ensure smooth integration into the end-to-end solution

• Work with Operators and Cloud security provider infrastructure for integration and configuration management

• Integrate advanced tools for penetration testing and exploit development

• Lead interactions with internal and external partner technical teams regarding Integration of partner components

What You Need

• Master s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Up to 10 Years of experience in DevOps

• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Network Orchestration/Automation, Scripting for automating tasks using Python, Perl, or Bash

• Experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible

• Knowledge and prior experience working with network security technologies such as Firewalls, VPNs, Gateways/Proxies

• Excellent conceptual understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, and related networking tools/technologies

• Experience working with Linux network interfaces/configuration and network monitoring and performance tuning

• Experience working with various public cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

What is Nice to Have?

• Understanding of SASE and Cloud Security technologies such as CASB, SWG, IAM, ZTNA

• Knowledge of and 3GPP, 4G/5G Cellular Networking systems and ETSI Edge Architecture

• Experience working with Automotive products/services
