KAM eCom Acquiring (FasTag & eToll)
Manager/ Sr. Manager
Job Purpose
To achieve business numbers as defined by supervisor & adhere to the directions in line with the banks objectives.
Job Responsibilities
New Relationship
- To bring in NTB MEs on FasTag & eToll Collection solutions & manage existing portfolio eToll to increase wallet share (NHAI Plaza, PF Plaza, SH Plaza, Parking, etc) along with Aggregators in the segment
- Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on Signup, Setup, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell
- Role involves working with PAN India sales team to understand official tenders, identify scope of work from banks perspective, analyze data, prepare Income v/s cost sheet and co-ordination for application of tender if any
- Also engage with NHAI, IHMCL, State Road Development Corporations and Concessionaires to understand their pain points and design specific solutions
- Consult with internal teams about specific needs of clients prior to developing or starting a project
- Once a project is complete continue overlooking it to determine how effective it was and develop New strategies to improve the product and process
Portfolio and Relationship Management
- Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank.
- Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants / PF Plaza / Concessioners to gain bank share. Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
- Studying Competition product, features and commercials
- Maintaining product market share
Business Compliance
- Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement.
- Training merchants staff i.e. Toll Plaza / Merchants/ Concessioners and ROs
Channel Management
- Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch banking, IFG ECG, CBG and other channels for the segmented products / solutions
- Work on existing CA customers, lending relationships in the segment & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes.
- Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles
- Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable.
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in Engineering or computer science.
Post-graduation in Marketing (MBA)
Qualifications in project management related assignments.
Experience Required
Minimum experience of 3 to 6 years of Sales Direct and Portfolio management.
Exposure to direct selling, Sales in corporates or concept selling.
- Managing Relation across senior levels of the Organization.
- Understanding of MS office and systems is a must.
- Exposure in project / Category / product management
- Exposure to manage multiple teams across different functions
