Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities1.Internal Communication: Creating/editing Content for Intranet, senior management messages, speech and mails to employees for high impact, recall and stickiness. Internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement, R&R and internal branding
2. Internal Marketing: Identifying, Ideating and collaborating with internal communications specialists in other markets to reinforce messages and create recall for India businesses within the Company.
3. CSR Communication: Increasing visibility of Company's CSR among employees and stepping up of Company CSR initiatives within the group, and when needed social media platforms
4. Content support as and when needed for social media and media
5. Building expertise in Bank brand guidelines to align all communication
6. Writing content and managing the India website
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
1.Inter-personal skills- to interact with the senior leadership to gather ideas and thoughts for the articles and collaborate with internal team

4. Willingness to learn about core products and the business model of the bank
