Job Description

Job location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai. / Govandi

Qualification - Chartered Accountant.

Post : Manager-Accounts and Finance.

 CTC Budget : Upto Rs. 12 LPA ( Depends on experience)

5 Days a week working ( Saturday, Sunday Off )

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end to end daily accounting function

Ensuring that accounts are properly and accurately maintained and updated on a daily basis

Periodic review and monitoring

Reporting Daily/Periodic MIS as required by the Management

Coordinating with Bankers, Customers, Vendors as well as Internal & External stakeholders

Coordinating with Auditors for seamless and timely audits

Responding to Statutory Notices

Should have expertise in filing of GST returns & GST audits

Calculation of Depreciation for all the companies

Accounts Finalization, preparation of Financial Statements, Projections and Financial reports

as required

Debtors/Suppliers Reconciliation

Review Debtor O/S Reports & Coordinating for Legal Action against the overdues with the

Lawyer

Ensure timely booking and discharge of all financial statutory liabilities including Taxation,

TDS, TCS, GST, PT, PF

Ensure that all periodic returns are filed including TDS, TCS, GST, FSSAI & PT returns

Coordinating with FSSAI consultant for timely renewals & modifications in the Licenses

Coordinating with Insurance agent for timely renewals & modifications in the Policies

Ensure that all statutory compliances are adhered to according to specified timelines

Coordinating with Lawyer for Legal and Compliances. For eg.Vetting the vendor agreements

& sending the same to Lawyer for final review.

Coordinating with CS for timely Statutory compliances of ROC

Calculation of Working Capital & liaising with Bankers for maintaining the working capital

limits & other banking related work

Preparation of CMA Data

Preparing Stock Statements on monthly basis for submission to Banks
