Job Responsibilities:

Entry Level Roles Designated Unit manager Buisness Devlopment Manager.

Support allocated Advisors through training and joint sales calls

Identify and new customers , provid them needed - based life insurance solutions .

Identify , recruit and train advisors.

Adhere to sales processes and expected documentation , use sales technology as require .

Support advisors to collecting renewal premiums.

Ensure quality business through the right sales practices , minimum business risk .

You would have a strong chance of getting selected if you have- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales target and have the ability to hire and manage strong team of distributors / partners. If you like challenges and have the ability to manage high pressure sales targets, this is the job for you!

Qualification:Minimum Graduate

Experience: Sales Experience of hiring, developing and managing team of distributors / partners will be an added advantage.
