Looking for HR Recruiter
Location- Any Where in India
Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client requirement.
• Searching for suitable candidate profiles from various sources like job portals/social media networks/referrals and matching them with the specifications from the client.
• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
• Taking preliminary telephonic round interview for suitable candidates in line with the criteria and specifications from the client and based on general recruitment criteria.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Pre & post-interview follow-ups.
• Follow-up till candidates joining.
• Achieve the Daily/Weekly/Monthly target .

Requirements:

• Experience-0 to 3Years Experience(Fresher also fine)
• Industry- Consulting, Recruitment
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Flexible for Timing (9.30am to 7pm)
• Tier-1/ Tier-2 Cities only can apply
• Fresher (6Months Agreement Mandatory)

Must Have:-

• Laptop/Internet connection
• Good Internet area
• Good Communication
• Interested in Recruiter job/Calling job
