WE are looking for a sales Administrator for a poultry Equipment's Manufacturing Company.
Applicant should be from Manufacturing Industry . Must have experience in Office Administration and Sales Coordination.
Here are the job roles and responsibilities.
Handling day to day working of the branch office
. Maintaining the stock register. Periodic reporting to HO.
. Manage walk-in customers
. Co-ordinate with local sales manager as well as HO team for order processing.
. Petty cash handling.
. Prepare monthly MIS data for the branch
. Co-ordinate dispatches as per guidelines given by sales manager
. Follow up with local customers through phone calls and e-mails
. Daily reporting to HO
. Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring closures.
