The Opportunity

The Customer Insights Analytics Platform team is responsible for building analytics and data solutions to accelerate growth for Adobe's $11B annual recurring revenue Digital Media business. We are looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong track record of taking on end-to-end ownership and delivering scalable solutions to enable our BI team and partners in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment! This person will be a creative problem solver who is obsessed with building innovative solution plus resourceful, collaborative, and insightful with the ability to work independently under time constraints. We are seeking an exceptional engineer to help build advanced cloud solutions to internal tools, thus powering business users to drive data-driven business decisions, faster. You will have an opportunity to showcase your critical thinking and technical skills across many fields, be instrumental in shaping the development and support of our product roadmaps and advance our cloud data analytics platforms.Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting and analysis tools that will help streamline business and make reporting, analyzing, planning, and forecasting more efficient.
• Perform research, development, and provide technical support to identify and integrate new and emerging technologies into the data environment
• Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines with data processing frameworks in AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platform.
• Implement solutions for automating deployment, provisioning, and managing large-scale database environments
• Improve observability by implementing thoughtful monitoring, tracing, and logging.
• Act as main point of contact for production incidents, perform root cause analysis, identify and resolve underlying problem patterns, while working towards developing automated and self-healing solutions

Requirements

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of SQL, data transformations, statistical analysis experience in solving problems across more than one Database Platform (Cassandra, MySQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Azure SQL Warehouse, etc.).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading commercial Cloud platforms - designing and building solutions using various Cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• 3+ years in designing, building, and deploying solutions using Docker containers
• Experience with technologies such as Hadoop/Hive/Spark
• Sound knowledge of distributed systems and data architecture (lambda)- design and implement batch and stream data processing pipelines, knows how to optimize the distribution, partitioning, and MPP of high-level data structures.
• Data Bricks is a plus
