We have immediate requirement for the position of Quality Analyst in a India's Leading Food Delivery Company. This is a Work from Home Job, Candidate should be fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English language

• Track and monitor performance towards key metrics (CSAT and NPS), deliver and implement improvement strategies and develop solutions to optimize team workflows
• Transaction Monitoring (Phone / Email/Chat) - Daily, Weekly
• Recording the audits and preparing the audit scores
• Giving feedback
• Prepare MIS/reports
• Performing training need analysis
• Process & performance improvements
• Leading and participating in calibration sessions
• Keep in touch with DEs and processes through taking calls for stipulated amount of time
