Job Description

Must have:
-Any Graduation Degree
-B2C Experience mandatory
-Experience as a Student Counselor / Business Development in Education / EdTech Company will be an added advantage
-Strong inside sales skills
-Experience in Outbound Transactional Sales
-Expert in Consumer sales
-Sales Presentation
-Cold Calling
-CRM handling

Roles & Responsibilities:
Reaching out to prospective students and converting them to enrollments
Qualifying and pitching to the leads given by the marketing team
Conducting market research activities to identify potential candidates fit for our programs
Managing and building a team of BDEs and interns to drive enrollments
Building and maintaining a CRM database and ensuring admissions to potential customers
