JOB OPENING FOR THE POST OF SR ENGINEER QUALITY (PROCESS ENGINEER)

EXPERIENCE-5+

COMAPNAY TYPE- ELECTRICAL INJECTION MOULDING/ SHEETMETAL ( HOME APPLIANCES)

LOATION-KUNDLI SONIPAT

JOB PROFILE-Handle Customer Complaints  and take containment Action.
Analyze warranty or line rejected parts.
Prepare analysis report in customer required format and submit to Customer.
Categories the component received under warranty on analysis basis in different categories i.e. vendor
problem, in house problem, Dealer problem && attribute the warranty cost on such basis.
Layout inspection of compressor assy , for critical dimensions as per drawing.
Do Line Walk on daily basis, discuss about problems in morning meeting, and follow up of previous problems.
Handle Customer Audits, discuss for MOM and give feedback to customer as per Target Date.
Responsible for Process audit based on KAKOTORA Sheet.
Responsible for analysis of major line problems captured at Final PDI Station.
Recording of PDI defects, analysis of major defects && close with proper countermeasure.
Responsible for PDI of line && conduct daily Red bin meeting with PDI persons && provide regular trainings.

Technical Skills:-

• PPAP, APQP, GD &T, FMEA , SPC, MSA , 7QC TOOLS.
• Good knowledge of measuring & testing instruments like, Vernier callipers, Height Gauge , Hardness Tester ,Profile Projector, Contour Tester.

• Responsible for Part Washing Titration Test, Moisture Content Test.
• Expertise in tear down analysis of tested parts & test results.
