Welcome Mail / Online Spine intimation of New Joiners on online Spine.

Attendance monitoring thru Bio-matrix & Spine / Zoho / Zink HR Software.

Monitoring & conducting Induction Training to New Joined Employees

Streamline Spine : Payroll, TDS, FNF, Data Management & MIS Reports

Monitoring & Redressal of all the Employees Grievances

Monitoring & Developing softcopy/online - Joining Formalities, Audit

Employees Grievance Redressal

Support in Employee Relationship

Monitoring & Reporting - Disciplinary Process Management as & when required to HOD

All Payroll Employees Attendance, Payroll, Compliances & dealing with TPA

Contract Employees records / Documents & compliance Audit

Maintenance online Spine softcopies of Registers & Records under all Statutory Compliances

Employees personal file verifications & Documentations

Support to Head - HR As & when required for Spine HR & Compliance matters.
