Job Description

The Role:

As a Pre-Sales Associate you are responsible for bridging the gap between the Customers and Sales Team, building the foundation for easier Sales. Building never ending relationships with new and existing customers via cold calling. Recognize prospects and fetch appointments for further business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will entail qualification of Leads (via various channels), by calling them (via Ameyo) and achieving the following:

1.Engage in all stages of pre sales lifecycle (suspect) for discovery calls, pre-bid demos

2.Briefing customers about the program they have selected or shown interest in

3.Generate interest in counseling sessions for BYJUS classes

4.Setting up scheduled Demos

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

As a Pre - Sales Associate you need to have excellent communication skills to develop the need for Byjus, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.

1.Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the dynamics of the market

2.Ability to understand products and position the right apps/solutions/platform to solve a business problem

3.Ability to work under pressure to meet daily targets and deadlines

4.Good coordination tasks among the team and hierarchies

5.Enthusiasm and a positive attitude 6. High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealing

Academic Qualification:

Min 50% in 10th,12th and Graduation

0 - 4 years of relevant/calling experience

Annual Package: 3.75 LPA - Fixed + 1 LPA Variable(Post activation) = 4.75 CTC

Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Location: Kalyani Tech Park, opposite Brookefield hospital - Bangalore
