Dear Candidate,

Job opening for Video Editor- Thane west- Wagle estate- media industry

Responsible for taking the raw footage shot by a film crew and director, then turning it into one cohesive video or film. The Video Editor must follow an outline and script and any special instructions given about what should happen in each scene.

Exp- 5yrs+
Excellent communication skills as needed to communicate with overseas clients.

Video Editor Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the director to determine production vision.
• Handling team
• Review raw material to determine the shot list.
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
