Handle All the Production Operations
Manufacturing Plan monthly converted Weekly then break up into
Daily in terms of hourly planning with scheduling. (M.P.M/M.P.W.M.P.H.)
Man Power Planning (M.P.P.) and Shift Planning.
Looking all the production related activities
Looking after the total quality related issues.
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Working out the human and material resources needed.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
Looking after all stock and dispatch related issue.
