Job Description

Participate in Network lifecycle management through network build, upgrade, tickets, and decom projects.

Execute critical tasks on network switches, load balancers, and firewalls.

Attend and contribute to related projects and sprint planning.

Participate in operational rotations as either secondary or shadow.

Triage event tickets and remediate or escalate as needed. Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.

Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.

Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan.

Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.

Familiarity with Cisco switches and routers, and F5 load balancers as well as Linux OS a strong plus.

Provides technical support and guidance to users.

May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 5 plus years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
