Position: Back Office Executive (Non Voice Process + Data Entry Operator Work)
Responsibilities:
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control systems.
Manage and organize records and files.
Prepare relevant reports as needed
Provide general data entry support across teams on an ad-hoc basis.
Skills:
Strong computer skills.
Good Communication skills
Ability to think analytically.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good technical knowledge
Shift: 6 days Rotational shift
Requirements
Qualification: 12th/Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Candidate should have own broadband connection.
