Create custom presentation with User Cases/solutions with effective user stories and present it to CXO in client pitches Facilitating meetings with key stakeholders and taking ownership for closure of deals. Creating statement of work for customer success team for streamlined handover and be the liaison between the customer success team and the clients. Co-ordinating with the Product team for new feature updates and competitive feedback analysis. Monitoring growth with existing clients and new onboarding and ensuring timely invoices and revenue realization in status reports. What we look for 5+ years experience in product sales with an exceptional knack for storytelling. Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal. Clear, compelling, and personalized communication across email and social media platforms to suit the shifting needs of our prospects. Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, writing skills. A true partner and a concierge for our clients who can go out of his/her way to meet their KPIs. Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media. Strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge about the communication channels, B2B SaaS and the marketing automation space. Identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies and a proven ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
