Job Description

  1. DevOps lead (20% Java knowledge good to have)
  2. Notice period:- Immediate to 15 Days

8 + Years of Experience in Java/J2EE related project and banking projects with good analytical and trouble shooting skills.

Technical Skills: Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Pattern.

Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, performance tuning of open-source DevOps tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Asible, ELK etc.) & centralized DevOps platform.

  1. DevOps PM (20% Java knowledge good to have)

12+ Years of Experience in Java/J2EE related project and banking projects with good analytical and trouble shooting skills. Candidate must have good communication and good customer interaction skills.

Candidate must have experience working with various DevOps tools & toolchain implementations. Designed/Developed integrated DevOps platform, created interfaces and integrated the tools for DevOps adoption Good hands-on experience of Java/J2ee application development (build, deploy, troubleshoot etc.) Good understanding of SDLC processes (Agile & Waterfall) Good analytical skills Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools mentioned below Proficient written and oral communication skills Experience in Banking domain preferred Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Web services Rest /SOAP.

Must have: Good hands-on knowledge of the following DevOps tools: - JIRA, Git, Junit/Nunit, Nexus, SonarQube, Jenkins, Maven, Nagios, ELK (Installation, Configuration & Maintenance) - Good exposure to Selenium, JMeter, HP WebInspect, Postman/REST Assured, HP Fortify as part of overall delivery pipeline.

Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, performance tuning of open-source DevOps tools (Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Asible, ELK etc.) & centralized DevOps platform.

  1. DevOps Admin

6+ years of experience:

  1. Proficient in installation, upgrade, scale-up and maintenance of the following tools: -
    1. Jira
    2. Gitlab
    3. SonarQube
    4. Jenkins
    5. Nexus
    6. Selenium
    7. JMeter
    8. Ansible
    9. ELK
    10. Nagios
  2. Ability to set up master-slave configuration for Jenkins
  3. Ability to set up Active Passive configuration for above-mentioned tools.
  4. Ability to create Jenkins Jobs, work with various Jenkins plugins (e.g. Fortify Plugin etc.)
  5. Ability to effectively troubleshoot any tool related or pipeline related issue, prepare RCA and document solution
  6. Comfortable with Linux O/S
  7. Comfortable with PostgreSQL

Comfortable with pipeline creation/troubleshooting
