Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and implementing an organization-
wide Learning & Development Plan/Strategy that facilitates and drives
organisational development and capacity building in line with institutional
requirements in varied BUs [Supply Chain, Customer Service etc.].
Collaborating & Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and
informal methods to capture requirements across the firm for both white and blue
collared employees. Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Strategy to ensure smooth
execution with effective outcomes; providing thought leadership around program
design and delivery.
Creating a comprehensive matrix structure to evaluate effectively.
Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business
alignment. Setting up new processes as required, including preparing and tracking the annual
L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training
attendance; capturing feedback on training programs as well as conferences and
workshops attended.
