Job Description: -
Collect and compiles HR Matrix and MIS from a variety of sources including the human resource information. (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee survey, exit interviews, employment records and other sources.
Analysis data and statistics for trends and pattern with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and explaining finding to reports and data results, presenting and expanding findings to HR Head.
Facilitates implementation of new development, recruiting and other related initiatives.
Ensure Compliances with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and department budgets.

Skills Sets: -
Demonstrates sound functional knowledge of various HR Process.
Should have good hand upon Ms-Excel, PowerPoint, Word Etc.
Ability to develop specific goals and plant to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Ability to communicate and work seamlessly with supervisors, Peers or Subordinates.
Ability to interpret data meaningfully and represent using bar charts, pie charts, Pivot table Etc.
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.
