Job Description

Qualifications : Graduate or Master in any field with relevant experience
Budget : Around 3 LPA

Responsible for: Secretarial support to MD and as an Export Coordinator shall be responsible for liaising between customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure an efficient operational service is provided.

Area of operations:

1.Responsible for facilitating directors communications.
2.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
3.Handle documents ensuring they remain secure
4.Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
5.Planning/coordination with production & store/ Invoicing/ logistics dept. for export dispatches.
6.Ensure marketing team/ Customer ( if required) is fully informed of the movement of export dispatches from plant;
7.Getting information from transport companies regarding shipment status to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
8.Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Skills required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and back-office software (e.g. ERP)
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
Be able to work in a busy environment, effectively prioritizing workload
