Project:It is a commercial- IT and ITES office hub where Mace is providing project management services for faade upgradation works. The total area is 19.25-acre land parcels.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Providing expert technical advice, guidance and support to the site team members.
• 
  Overseeing and implementing preventative maintenance, schedules and audits for building and equipment.
• 
  Providing all required document controls to maintain current assets database information, audits, PM's, safety and SharePoint data requirements.
• 
  Proactively managing the directly procured technical services within budget.
• 
  Managing the supplier relationship such that Mace Operate International are deriving the maximizing benefit from the agreement and mitigating any performance or financial risk in respect of the services.
• 
  Working with the project delivery teams to witness the commission of building and equipment for the client locations.
• 
  Managing the transition of building O&M's as required for each building/project.
• 
  Ensuring that all projects are being managed and delivered as per the agreed terms and schedule.
• 
  Ensuring that all technical services are delivered in accordance with established HSE policy and statutory guidelines.
• 
  Providing data for the environmental team and QMS team in a timely manner and in the required format.
• 
  Ensuring that all procured and managed services personnel adhere to site policy and guidelines.
• 
  Ensuring that complaints are recorded and handled on the same day as made and that necessary actions are being taken to ensure to eliminate the root causes.
• 
  Preparing the technical monthly report and ensuring that it includes all pending and ongoing issues and concerns.
• 
  Developing, updating and implementing the operational processes and procedures to ensure that all technical services are being delivered in an efficient and professional manner.
• 
  Reporting immediately any non-conformance, unsafe act or unsafe condition to line management for investigation and corrective action.
• 
  Reporting immediately to line management if they sustain an injury or become ill whilst at work, or where they are directly involved in or witness any serious incident, dangerous occurrence or significant environmental pollution incident.

About you
You will have a degree qualification in engineering and a member of a professional body.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
