Preference: Looking for Immediate Joiner!!Job Location Noida - Work From Home

Salary - 1.10 LPA - 2.25LPA

Job Criteria:

• Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
• Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
• Candidate should be comfortable working with WFH as per business requirements.
• Candidate should have at least a year experience in International Voice Process.
• Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
• Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.

Job Description:

• Have to resolve customer queries over Calls
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
