: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJUS, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU'S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.
CTC:
"BDA will be offered a total compensation of INR 10,00,000 LPA which includes the following components.
Fixed Compensation : INR 5,00,000/-
Variable Compensation : INR 3,00,000/-
Direct Sales Allowance : INR 2,00,000/-"
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)
