Job Description

• 8 years of Experience in SAP HCM implementation, support and upgrade projects. Expertise in HCM module and US Payroll experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge/experience on ECC
• Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll etc
• Skills in Debugging, Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace & Performance Tuning, Code Inspector and Extended Program Check for better performance
• Should have good communication skills

• Involved in design of Success Factor Integration.
