Urgent hiring for US Residential Mortgage for Chennai and Pune

Years of Experience - 0- 3 Years in WORK EXPERIENCE IN A RELEVANT PROFILE (MUST)

Job description :-

• Perform a general evaluation of an application( financial documents, mortgage type etc.) for completeness.
• Gather all important data from client(assets, debts etc)
• Review all correspondent request received from customers and make the changes to account based on the request type.
• Verify information and references by contacting the right sources.
• correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies.
• Submit completed loan files.
• Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters and clients conduct a final review of the file before closing.
• Entering loan data into the system (LOS).
• Making note of pending items and follow up.
• Checking if indexing is done properly.

Skills:

Good Analytical Skills

Notes:

• Candidates should be comfortable with working night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Educational Qualification - Any Graduate
• Should be comfortable with WFO (work from Office)
• 5days working, rotational week offs
• Should be within Transport Boundary.
