atHiring for Product Head - Prepaid Cards with a Leading Bank, Mumbai

Grade - AVP / VP | Handling team of 4-5 people

Job Role:

Business management and Analysis for Domestic Prepaid cards / wallets.
Manage the P & L for the Prepaid Cards / Wallets Portfolio
Coordination with various department / Users like BSG teams, RL Ops, IT, External agencies etc.. to ensure smooth execution projects as per requirement.
Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities, suggest automation, improve product offerings from a digital and physical value delivery to external customers.
Engage with and create external alliances to ensure organic and non organic growth of the Prepaid portfolio.
Ensure all regulatory and internal compliances are adhered to for the product from time to time.
Should take initiatives to provide solutions which help in revenue generation, process improvement, cost saving for the bank.
Ensure an organization structure is necessarily created and maintained for successful delivery of business goals.
Create a structure to provide Timely & Accurate MIS and business reporting is sent out to the senior management for product level analysis.
