Nexdigm is hiring payroll experts in 'Phillipines Payroll' for it's client in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities The Payroll Associate will be responsible for executing the activities related to Philippines payroll administration, payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, monthly, quarterly & year and processing, reporting etc within the captive shared service environment for the customer organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in continuous improvement projects within Shared services.
- Resolve vendor / customer queries and assist the team in root cause analysis.
- To perform payroll administration activities viz. report generation from SAP/ portal and sending timely communication etc.
- To submit payroll data to vendor for processing and provide necessary support for the same.
- To perform accurate payroll reconciliation and adhere to the Payroll Calendar timelines.
- To perform & support monthly, Quarterly & yearly activities related to reporting, compliance and audits, leave / time management, payroll etc.
- To assist the finance team for various activities on payroll, compliance, audit etc.
- To consolidate and collate nominations for various awards, manage payments through payroll, reimbursements and any non-monetary benefits in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function preferable a KPO
- Philippines payroll experience is mandatory
- Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth, along with the drive for growing self and overall organization;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high motivation and enthusiasm to learn. Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be preferred.
- Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
