Job Description

Health care JD Emergency Response Officer (ERO)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to Emergency/OPD booking/enquiry calls within two rings
Handholding the caller and ensuring that they don't get panic
Assigning ambulance basis, the severity of the case/s
Following-up with the ambulance team till they reach the assigned spot
Coordinating with Doctors and Emergency Medical Team in the ambulance
Tracking the ambulance till it reaches the designated Hospital
Ensuring ambulance availability for next case after handing over the patient
Maintaining all information related to emergency in Patient Care Records (PCRs)

Desired Skills:

Must be fluent in English and Hindi. (Preferably candidate who can speak an additional regional language - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi/Konkani)
Effective listening skills
Knowledge of Customer's Culture, with basics of Computers
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
Preferred candidates from health care industry or relevant experience
Proactive approach with customer service, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
Ability to work under pressure situations
Good typing skills (35 WPM)
Qualification Required: Graduation/Post Graduation

Package:

15,500 to 19,000 CTC per month

Experience range - healthcare back ground with ANM/ GNM(freshers can also apply), if not health care background they should be from clinical background with min 1.5yrs exp
