Job Description
: Requirement Gathering: o Perform requirement gathering to understand the requirements basis the approved SOW & effort estimation. o Understand & analyze requirements from all angles - Flow, API Integration & Data passing/saving. Documentation: o Understanding and analyzing BRD (Business Requirement Document) & API documentation. o Creation of FSD (Functional Specification Document), Flow Charts & Use-case Model. o Creation of water-tight documentation & capturing requirements with no loopholes. o Complete ownership of requirements/documentation phase. Development Support: o Explanation of requirements or walk-through of requirements to development team. o Perform testing & verifying delivery as per the approved requirements. Scope Delivery: o Understanding SOW (Scope of Work) for the project. o Plan delivery of requirements with easy & minimum effort solution approach. o Highlight/Escalate scope creep at appropriate time. Team Management: o Managing, training & grooming junior BAs to achieve the objectives of the BA team. Relationship management with project stakeholders both internal & external, to manage the expectations on all BA phase deliverables, milestones & requirements. Providing weekly status reports & executive reports in PPT/dashboard to all stakeholders & project management team. Required Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. Drive to understand/decipher systems/workflows. Knowledge & experience with project controls, practices & principles along with documentation - BRD, SOW, FSD, SRS, Change Management & Status Reports. Experience working on digital projects such as CMS, E-Commerce platforms, custom MultiForm Websites, Mobile App, UX-UI projects. Knowledge of principles and practices of software development life cycles. Highly committed, resilient & outcome focused. Flexible & adaptable with an ability to stay focused on objectives & a can-do-attitude. Actioning each task with objective & focus towards closure. Time management & ability to multitask at a very rapid pace. Need to have strong attention to details & ability to work independently, as well as with partners/colleagues to influence them to achieve objectives. Strong analytical capability, resourceful, solution oriented, self-motivated with excellent verbal & written communication skills Customer oriented and focused on service quality with strong interpersonal skills comfortable at interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Basic knowledge of HTML & related technologies. Basic knowledge of CMS & related functionalities Desirable Skills: CCBA/CBAP/ACBA or relevant certification. Digital agency background. Mid-level BFSI domain knowledge.Employement Category:
