ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Be a champion in the advancement of BIM.
Evaluates emerging technologies, pilot programs, and deployments of new technology.
Manage a growing team of visualizers, coordinators, and modelers.
Provide leadership and guidance for BIM implementation.
Assists project teams with processes, including but not limited to BIM visualizations, quantity take-off, and design /constructability review using BIM automation.
Training staff in the process, automation, and software skillset needed to perform project work.
Model health check, review models for sufficiency of information and drive Modelling methodologies for various projects.
Processing all the information in the cloud and extracting the necessary information as required by various stakeholders.
Develops/maintains project BIM execution plans, checklists, and monitors project team conformance.
Develop and maintain View BIM standards, BIM Templates, and BIM Object Library Measures and produces reporting for key performance indicators (KPI's) as weekly updates.
Ensures sign-off process and submittal of coordination deliverables are being followed In-depth knowledge of architectural drawings.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced and proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, Assemble and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
10+ years in BIM Management Experience.
10+ years experience in AEC/O Industry.
Revit exam-based certification is beneficial.
Knowledge of programming with C#, Python and Revit API is beneficial.
Should possess the ability to train teams in relevant workflows and software packages.
A methodical approach to problem-solving is required.
The ability to rapidly pick up new software skills as required is essential.
Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and balance workloads.
Must have proven leadership and management skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related.
