The Company is seeking to augment its Sales Field Force as part of ambitious growth plans to provide exciting opportunities to its people.

Position: Sales Compact and PDa

The Company is seeking to recruit Engineer Sales position in Compact and PD Division. The candidate selected should be a Diploma Engineer/ Science Graduate (From a reputed Institutes of India) and with hard core Field Selling experience in the sales of a Low value capital equipment. The position would report
to the respective Territory Sales Incharge.

Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for selling all plastic Auxiliary Products and Dehumidifiers in the given Territory by
making customer calls and relentlessly pursuing the Order Booking.
2. Generating Inquiries based Application inputs from the company, follow up & closing the orders.
3. Handling all the technical queries from the customers, support from the experts in the backend shall be provided
4. Processing the order and monitoring delivery
Managing customer relationship
5. Competition monitoring and building data base
Continuously self updating on Application knowledge and honing selling skills
6. Ensuring proper after sales support
7. Compliance with company's reporting requirements, ethics and Health & safety guidelines

Expectations:
1.Owning a two wheeler with a valid Driving Licence
2. Achieving Sales and collection targets. Compliance to commercial guidelines
3. Extensive Travelling, mostly will be local and day visits. Be in field for 80% of time
4. Customer centric approach. Enjoys selling
5. Good Communicator in local language

Location: Vapi, Pune, Hyderabad
Educational Requirements:----Diploma Engg. (Any Discipline) / B.Sc. Graduate.
Skills & Experience Requirements:

Age : 22 to 30 Years
Experience : 1 to 5 Years in Industrial sales; Low value capital goods sales. Experience of selling Plastic

Auxiliaries and/ or Dehumidifiers will be added advantage.
Knowledge preferred : HVAC/ Any Other Industrial or Commercial Equipment, HVAC/Engineering Market,

Food/Power/HVAC/Engineering/Product applications/ Plastics Auxiliary Equipment
