We have opening for CUSTOMER ASSOCIATE FIELD SALES (Asian Paints OFFROLL) at Caspian Management Services for the below mentioned locations.
Tharapuram ,SANKARANKOVIL, KOVILPATTI ,THUCKALAY ,Coimbatore,, Aundipatti, KUZHITHURAI ,,SIVAKASI ,METTUPALAYAM ,METTUPALAYAM, Trichy, kalakad ,Tiruppur ,PALLADAM ROAD, ONDIPUDUR ,CHETTIKULAM ,KARAIKUDI, SUNDARAPURAM, Kangeyam ,chavadi ,VELAYUTHAMPALAYAM, MUSIRI.
Salary Structure - Gross salary 18,000( Non metro) & 21700( metro) + allowances & incentives.
Mode of Interview: Telephonic
Specific requirement - Any Graduates
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Identify walkin customers at store and convert as painting business
2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
4. Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
5. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
6. Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.
7. Bike mandatory.
8. Sales Job
