Roles and Responsibilities :

• Improving existing products:

a. By making them more user friendly

b. Ensuring optimal efficacy

c. Increasing shelf-life

• Advising production manager on proactive measures.
• Finding & creating new solutions.
• Carrying out process validation.
• Culture preservation & isolation.
• Managing laboratory & ensuring biosafety.
• Managing technical licenses & certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Masters Degree in Microbiology.
• 5+ years experience in managing lab & processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• In-depth knowledge of micro-organisms.
• Knowledge of lab practices.
• Knowledge of biosafety measures.
