Position Title: Associate (Java Developer)

Job Description:
Develop - Build software applications following Agile methodology and using Java & JEE technologies
Design - Explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation
Analyze - Translate requirements/user stories into usable good quality code.
Innovate - Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to interface, design and new technologies

Academic :
Software Development Experience
Web design and development including Java technologies
Design/Tech Leadership experience
Hands-on experience on any relational database
Hands-on experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Javascript, HTML
Good Team Player. Ability to effectively collaborate with geographically distributed team
Deep understanding of debugging, issue resolution and performance tuning
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should be hands on in coding and development
Experience in Financial Domain(a huge plus)
Deliver:
Work with team & Deliver Projects on agreed timelines and good quality
Keep Project Owners abreast with updates/hurdles throughout Project execution
Deliver Bug free Code and Code in accordance with standards and best practices
Identify, propose & implement improvisations to existing processes / applications

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization
