Job Description
DAS WRITING SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for an enthusiastic individual with sound knowledge in ZOHO ONE development and setup.
Only apply if you have 2+ years of experience in the ERP field. Prior knowledge in ERP Software Management and CRM automation, mainly ZOHO will be an added advantage.
JOB ROLE:
- Primarily is to customize ZOHO ONE from scratch and also to onboard all the departments and ongoing projects inside the ERP Software.
- Configure all required apps at ZOHO ONE and create the complete business automation process.
- Your job role also includes proper Business Process Management, training peers to make them understand ZOHO ONE.
- Troubleshooting the backend process flow and blueprints.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Up to 2 years of analytics experience working in a reputed B2C, SaaS or Consulting firm.
- Experience is customizing ZOHO ONE.
- Experience working on marketing analytics with marketing teams is mandatory.
- Skilled in data engineering - being able to connect disparate systems & data sources into a cohesive database. How to use APIs, webhooks, Zaps, Google Spreadsheets etc.
- Skilled in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization Proactively generating data-driven insights to solve pressing business problems.
- Expertise in SQL and how databases work Skilled at using Python for data extraction and analysis. Good grip in coding language.
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA required.
- Passion to analyze, interpret and present data. Preparing process flows, blueprints and wireframe.
