Job Description:
Senior Representative, Client Processing
- Monitors Trade transaction and acts as business validators by addressing flags raised by transaction system and acts as first level lead on daily Business and other Projects.In addition of authorizing of trade transactions, supporting and managing team members with respect to client expectation, Key performance indicators
- Process and Verify Trade processing like LC Issuance, LC Payments Reimbursements, Advising/Confirmation, Discounting as per details furnished by Relationship Officer and clients
- Assist in reviewing/developing Department Operating Instructions and ensure adherence of Policy and Procedures.
- Monitors systems to red flags on transactions without receipts or any mismatches, addresses items that failed first round inspection by transaction systems.
- Responds to client inquiries, escalating non-standard issues to a Team Lead. May communicate with an onsite partners/RM to research inquiries. Support and assist on the training and technology issues of the teams.
Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate or equivalent with experience of 1-5 years in Trade Operations.
