Job Description:

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop sources/ vendors/ supply chain for new raw materials and desired packing material by the company.
  • Manage relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to the company and subsidiaries.
  • To undertake Procurement of Materials & Vendor Management to obtain goods or services that meet customers requirements at the most competitive cost.
  • Sourcing & identifying reliable manufacturers to source raw materials & packing material to meet companys core product portfolio.
  • Domestic and International sourcing of Raw materials, Intermediates, Nutraceuticals Etc. Vendor management and development: Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule & terms & conditions with them. Follow up with the vendors for sample and dispatch of order.
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing team to close the offer.
  • Participate and Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of necessary Supply.
  • Implementation of the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

Good communication skills (written + verbal)

Graduates preferred (any stream)

Knowledge of basic computers (Word, excel, internet, e-mails)

Job location: Ghatkopar

Office Timings: 9.30am to 6pm

Experience: Fresher/Experience

Salary : As per industry standards.

International Marketing

  • Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review same.
  • Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
  • Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
  • Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with companys rule.
  • Analyse and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
  • Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
  • Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth.
  • Provide and implement various company pricing policies.
  • Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
  • Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
  • Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
  • Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
  • Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.

Required skills:

 Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining files in an accurate manner according to established guidelines.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Meeting and Greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Resolving conflicts and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
  • Coordination with various departments to ensure completion of processes in due time.
  • Assisting various departments by communicating new improvements plans
  • Performs various clerical work, as needed, to support the operations of the centre.
  • May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of information to be entered.
  • Commercial negotiating with vendors and finalization of vendors.
  • Maintaining purchase records.

Requirements:

   Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Great organizational and planning skills.
  • Should be able to make decisions in a high-stress environment.
  • Excellent networking and time management skills.
  • 1-3 years of Administrative Experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
