Job Description
We have immediate requirement for Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for Process Distillery, breweries for largest potable alcohols manufacturers in varied range in Indore (M.P.)Skills required:
To finalize accounts on a regular basis for group companies including a public listed company.
(Monthly profitability to be discussed with the management regularly with action plan for improvements and any course correction)
To manage finance including cash flows and the working capital needs.
To arrange short term and long term finance at lowest possible cost, as needed.
To vet all legal contracts, new customer additions to ensure risk of liability is reduced.
To ensure all statutory compliance's.
To ensure that organization's operations are most efficient and effective.
To ensure that all MIS is made available to the top management as required and necessary.
To ensure that adequate internal controls are built in all processes to prevent any leakage.
To liaison with all external agencies like banks, customer visits etc as required.
To work on cost savings projects- continuous improvement.
To work towards automation of all processes.
Experience : 15 to 20 years
Qualification Chartered Accountant.
SAP experience is must.
