Deliver Financial Measures as per plan: Netback to Port, Cost control through primary freight; Working Credit Limit Adherence; Reduce collection time and charges; subsidy and Govt. liaising
Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate rake planning and execution for the territory
Customer Focus: Customer contact at farmer and trade level: Set up distribution network across the territory; segment distributors; resolve general customer issues; reconciliation of accounts and invoices
Execution of Marketing Plan & Impact Measurement in assigned territory: Identification of innovative growers, organize group meetings and conduct trials at farmers fields; conduct promotional activities; find alternative channels for increasing product reach to the farmers level.
