Job Description

Job Openings in the department of Human Resources:

Generic Job Description:

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Acquire thorough understanding on job requirements.

Source, screen and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, job postings etc.

Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews.

Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience.

Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.

Onboard new employees.

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Promote company's reputation as best place to work.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (IT and Non IT)

Strong head hunting skills.

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

Hands on experience with various selection processes.

Should be able to handle work pressure and work in a target based environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills.
