Job Description
Hi,
We are hiring for Procurement Analyst for an MNC at Bangalore location. Below is the JD for your reference.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Sourcing Projects in our eSourcing system Ariba.
- Develop the project related documents like Supplier List, Scope of work, eSourcing documents, as confirmed by SSLs.
- Understand the various project requirements and accordingly align with SSLs to develop supporting documents.
- Co-ordinate with SSLs to finalize the strategy around the assigned sourcing projects.
- Executes the various steps within the sourcing cycle as per the guidelines provided by the SSLs. Understands various aspects of Indirect Procurement sourcing and should be proficient with the RFP process to support the SSL
- Co-ordinate and follow up with Procurement Operations team and Sourcing Services team to complete various steps within the sourcing cycle
- Knowledgeable in all purchase order procedures and departmental requirements.
- Complies with all procurement policy guidelines, audit procedures and purchasing processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and develop sourcing documents related to Sourcing Projects.
- Understanding of the Contracting Procedures, review terms and conditions, as applicable and co-ordinate to get the finalized contracts for signatures.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba System to handle sourcing projects
- Creates Purchase Order Intake forms to raise Purchase Orders by Ops team
- Reports directly to Director India Procurement - Target India.
- Works closely with fellow team members in sharing daily workload.
- Build strong partnerships across team and Partners in order to meet and exceed partner expectations.
