About This Opportunity :

This role will be a part of the Social Media team in Target in India Marketing. They will curate User Generated Content via our social media channels and will be responsible to work with a team. The role also requires the person to build and track project performance and use data to enhance initiatives in order to successfully respond to evolving business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Must be an analytical thinker with an ability to drive results.
• Strong understanding of Instagram functionality and other social platforms.
• Build and maintain process for operational efficiency.
• Build and make presentations to broader marketing team and partners in the US.
• Ability to form and maintain partner relationships across time zones (IST/CST).
• Ability to motivate a team to work quickly and accurately under pressure/tight deadlines
• Interest and knowledge of style/fashion.
• Strong work ethic and team player skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English) spoken and written.
• Willingness to adapt, learn and/or quickly pivot, as needed by the business.
