Webtier Architect - Chennai - ADP Solutions

Your role

• You will join a DEVOPS organization, combining developers & architects & engineers focusing on Access & Identity Management (IDAM)
• Youll report to a matrix organization: hard line to the IT engineering service of EMEA (GETS), dotted line to the "Access & Identity Management" Product development teams in APAC, EMEA, AMRS
• Youll be in touch with various Product Owners, depending on the area of focus (Next Gen environment, or Current Gen environment)
• You will work on the modernization of the Customer Facing IDAM ecosystem in ADP, focusing on the Access Management support for the APAC region.

What youll do

• Your mission will consist in
• Participating to the design(with help of Architect of other regions) of the new IDAM solution in APAC (new services, new tools), based on Cloud based services (AWS)
• Auditing & documenting current Gen environment
• Proposing solutions for Globalizing & standardizingthe IDAM ecosystem in APAC, meeting global expectations
• Proposing solutions for Automatingdeployments & developing Self Services
• Identify & execute migrationscenarios with help of other teams
• Identifying Identity replication/migration technologiesbetween current Gen & NExt Gen
• Scoping & Integrating New Products & accompany Product Management teams on their IDAM evolutions
• Designing & documenting IDAM architectures (infrastructure such as Servers, flows, database...) as well as processes
• Meeting stakeholders (proactive & reactive conversations) for anticipating needs or fixing root cause of problems
• Supporting Roadmap & EOL
• Supporting existing Access & Identity Management infrastructure & processes in the region (level 4), next to DEVOPS team, Access Management Teams & Product Development teams.

Qualifications youll need

• Education: Bachelors degree (Mandatory) preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• We need you to have significant experience with IT Architecture activities (design, technology watch, relationship with Vendor..)
• You are very comfortable with AWS public cloud services (masteries the concepts & technologies)
• You already participated to similar IDAM initiative in the past (IDAM transformation or globalization)
• You already participated to some international projects (worldwide scale)
• You already worked with r Product Development & Infrastructure teams (Dev & Ops)
• You get good knowledge on Security best practices for IDAM ecosystem
• You are familiar with some technologies belows, permitting you to design a new architecture with help of Core Specialists on these technologies
• Access & Management : CA Siteminder (Layer7, SPS, Policy Servers) , Ldap, apache
• IT architecture System (linux)/Network/Storage fundamentals
• IDAM replication tools
• Web based technologies : Apache, tomcat
• AWS Managed Services , specifically Kafka/MSK; Container/Fargate-EKS
• Database like MongoDB/Atlas , Oracle
• Streaming technology like Kafka/Mq
• Micro services/API
