Senior Application Developer -- Python @ ADP

• Mine support cases data from Siebel system and generate meaningful information for management
• Work with Support leadership and explain the findings
• Enhance the current data mining project
• Analyze and report on operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk to senior leadership

• Bachelors or masters degree in related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4 years testing experience
• Coding knowledge: Python
• Experience in data mining & building dashboards
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Ability to play an Individual Contributor role and work productively in a team
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to "think outside the box".
• Strong collaboration skills

• Overall 4 years of software development experience in a product based company involving in complete SDLC of the product development particularly using Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Worked in a product development environment using Python.

Qualifications :

• Engineering graduates or Post graduates in Computer Science / Computer Applications.
• Must have excellent logical, problem solving and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Product development using a standard Framework.
• HCM Domain and Product knowledge is preferable.

• Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
• Self-Motivated, team player actions and results oriented.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
• Excellent English abilities, spoken and written.
