Need CSR Executive - Navi Mumbai - eClerx - 4 @ eClerx Services

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end to end operations of employee volunteering and payroll giving at all locations of the company

Develop, maintain, and manage partnerships with NGO partner for volunteering activities

Manage CSR projects conforming to the CSR policy and strategy of the organization

Manage environmental and sustainability initiatives

Assist in internal communications, drafting mailers and running volunteering and payroll giving campaigns

Manage budgets related to the operations of volunteering initiatives

Generate reports pertaining to initiatives undertaken etc.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Masters degree in social work/ environment science or MBA in sustainable development with minimum experience of 4 to 16 years. Proven experience in project management. Proven ICT skills, especially in the use MS Office.

Excellent knowledge of CSR laws in India

Excellent project management skills and experience in managing, coordinating, and leading CSR programs and volunteering initiatives

Ability to engage with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of sustainability and sustainable development

Basic understanding of finances relating to CSR activities

Excellent writing and documentation skills
