Job Description
- Individual will be primarily responsible for initiating, managing, and maintaining strong relationships and build client engagement with all stakeholders at the client end in a structured manner.
- Acts as the client steward and initiate all stewardship activities relating to the account in a timely manner and in adherence to agreed SLA. This may include conversion of MNC
- This will be primarily a client management role in retention as an individual contributor reporting to the location leader with no team management role envisaged (except where specifically communicated). The client management team members will however work closely with the client services team allocated (by the location leader) to ensure quality delivery of client services
- Be responsible for meeting retention business broking revenues as per annual targets by executing / managing employee benefit insurance renewals for all existing clients under their purview
- Responsible for generating cross-sell business revenues as per annual targets from existing clients serviced by the employee.
- Support or lead new business initiatives/client acquisition as needed in domestic client segment and be responsible for onboarding global clients, basis the client portfolio allotted
- Develop and execute the client renewal processes in line with the agreed timeline plan for the client and follow the advised laid down process without exception including negotiating / finalising renewal premiums with insurers
- Independently develop client benefits strategy
